FAQ

How fast is the network?

Every VM has a 1 Gbit/s symmetric port — upload and download both run at 1 Gbit/s. 20 TB of monthly transfer is included; anything above that is billed at $1.00 per TB.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get a confirmation email immediately. Within one business day we provision the VM, send you SSH credentials, and walk you through any custom setup (TLS, DNS, application stack).

Monthly vs prepay — which should I pick?

Monthly uses Stripe subscriptions: charge a card every 30 days, cancel anytime. 3 / 6 / 12-month prepay is a single upfront payment — useful if you want to pay with crypto (USDC/USDT), or simply prefer one invoice instead of recurring charges. Prepay does not auto-renew; we'll email you ~14 days before expiry.

Can I resize later?

Yes — vCPU, RAM, and disk can all be scaled up. Drop us a line and we'll handle the migration with minimal downtime (usually a single reboot).

What's the difference between System SSD, Block Storage, and Object Storage?

System SSD is the local NVMe boot disk — fastest, attached directly to the VM. Block Storage is a separate attached volume — large, snapshottable, network-attached. Object Storage is S3-compatible — best for backups, static assets, and unstructured data.

Where are the regions?

EU (Frankfurt / Helsinki), US (Ashburn / Hillsboro), and Asia (Singapore). All sites are tier-3+ data centers with redundant power, cooling, and network. Need a different region? Contact us.
