For Sale · Full Source Code
PopeyeX
A working centralized cryptocurrency exchange — spot, USDT-margined perpetual futures, web, admin console and native mobile apps — with its full source code, for a one-time $15,000 USDT.
1 · What You Get
PopeyeX is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that ran in production in 2025 and has since been shelved. We are offering the platform itself: the complete source code, the build tooling, the database schema, and a single-node deployment that boots the whole exchange with one command.
You skip the expensive part. We have already put a five-figure sum into getting PopeyeX running again — packaging it, fixing the security defects we found, building a one-command deployment and getting the end-to-end test to pass. Comparable exchange source packages are offered at around $150,000; PopeyeX costs a tenth of that.
This is a non-exclusive source-code licence for a one-time fee. You get the complete source, run it on your own infrastructure and change it however you like — no royalties, no revenue share and no ongoing dependency on us. Hefes keeps ownership of the code and may license it to other buyers.
2 · The Exchange
- Spot trading on a built-in matching engine — limit and market orders, live order books, trade history and maker/taker fees.
- USDT-margined perpetual futures — adjustable leverage, isolated and cross margin, mark pricing, funding, take-profit/stop-loss and liquidation, running on a dedicated engine per trading pair.
- Member accounts — email registration, Google Authenticator two-factor, fund password, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers.
- Secondary products present in the code — copy trading, P2P, simple earn, launchpad, token sets and coin conversion. These were not all exercised in the demonstration; the diligence pack states exactly which features were verified.
3 · Operator & Compliance Console
- Member management and identity-verification (KYC) review.
- Withdrawal review and approval queue — customer withdrawals wait for an administrator.
- Configuration of coins, spot trading pairs and perpetual contracts — leverage tiers, fees and margin requirements.
- Risk, compliance and large-transaction monitoring.
- Market-making robot and price-feed management.
- Role-based administrator permissions and an audit log.
4 · Platform & Clients
- Web exchange — Next.js 15, with translation bundles for 17 languages.
- Admin console — React and Ant Design.
- Native Android and iOS apps — supplied as source.
- Backend — 26 Java / Spring Cloud microservices on JDK 17, with MySQL 8, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, RocketMQ and Nacos.
- Integration points for custody, KYC providers, SMS and email, and Indian payment rails (UPI) — you connect them with your own provider accounts.
5 · Ready for Diligence
- ✅ Boots on one machine with Docker; every image is built from the supplied source.
- ✅ An end-to-end test passes 27 of 27 steps on a fresh install — registration, identity approval, a matched and settled spot trade, a perpetual position opened and closed, and a withdrawal reaching the review queue.
- ✅ Security-reviewed during packaging. The defects found were fixed, and each one is documented for the buyer.
- ✅ A full documentation set — architecture, installation, operations runbook, admin manual, configuration reference, security hardening guide, upgrade roadmap and a written disclosure.
6 · Barebone — What You Bring
PopeyeX is deliberately barebone: the trading engines, operator console and apps are done, and the regulated layer is left for you to choose. Before going live you'll need:
- Custody — a custody and wallet-infrastructure provider such as Fireblocks, connected through the custody integration point.
- KYC/AML — your own identity-verification and AML screening provider, and your compliance programme. The console already has the KYC review and withdrawal-approval workflows.
- A licence — the registration or licence to operate an exchange wherever you launch. No licence is included, and none can be transferred.
7 · Sold As-Is — Please Read
We would rather you hear this from us than find it in diligence:
- No licences, registrations or regulatory approvals transfer. Operating an exchange is regulated in most jurisdictions, and that is the buyer's responsibility.
- No users, balances, liquidity, trading history or production data are included.
- No third-party credentials are included; each integration is configured with your own accounts.
- The backend descends from an Apache-2.0 open-source project and has been substantially extended since; its lineage is documented in the diligence pack.
- Parts of the application framework (Spring Boot 2.x) are past end-of-life. A costed upgrade roadmap is included.
- The mobile apps are supplied as source and must be re-signed and rebuilt before release.
- No warranty and no ongoing support are included; customisation and hands-on help are available as separate paid work.
- The licence is non-exclusive: the same codebase may be licensed to other buyers.
8 · Need It Customised?
PopeyeX is sold as-is, but it doesn't have to stay that way. We can take on branding, custody and KYC/AML integration, new markets and trading pairs, the Spring Boot upgrade, or deployment on your infrastructure. Tell us what you need and we'll scope and quote it separately.
9 · How a Purchase Works
- Enquire — tell us who you are and what you intend to do with the platform.
- NDA — we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
- Demo & diligence — a live walkthrough of the running demo, plus access to the documentation, the disclosure and the source code.
- Close — licence agreement, a one-time payment of $15,000 in USDT, and delivery of the full source repository.

This page is a summary for prospective buyers. It is not an offer capable of acceptance: any sale is subject to a signed agreement. The price is for a non-exclusive licence of the source code as-is; customisation is quoted separately. Screenshots show the demonstration environment with sample data.
